  • Student accounts are created and managed in advance by authorized educational institutions or administrators through the management dashboard. The app does not require students to create new accounts. When signing in, the app processes the following information:
  • Phone number: Used to identify and authenticate the student’s account.
  • Password: Used to verify the user’s credentials and authorize access.
  • User identifier: Used, where necessary, to associate an authenticated session with the appropriate account.
  • Login credentials are transmitted to our servers solely for authentication and access verification.

2How We Use Information

  • Account information is used exclusively for the following purposes:
  • Authenticating students and enabling secure login.
  • Managing authenticated sessions and access to app services.
  • Protecting accounts against unauthorized access.
  • Delivering notifications related to app services.
  • We do not use student information for advertising, marketing, or advertising analytics.

3Push Notifications

  • The app uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notifications.
  • This service may process a Firebase Installation ID, push notification token, and limited technical information, such as the application version, to enable notification delivery. We do not use this service for advertising-related student tracking.

4Fingerprint Authentication

  • The app may offer fingerprint authentication as a convenient way to access the application.
  • Fingerprint verification is performed locally by the device’s operating system. The app does not collect, store on its servers, or transmit fingerprint biometric data.

5Data Sharing

  • We do not sell users’ personal information or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • Certain technical information may be processed by service providers necessary for app functionality, including Google Firebase for push notification delivery.

6Data Security

  • We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including secure server communications and access controls.

  • Account information is retained for as long as necessary to provide app services, administer accounts, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
