We are committed to the highest quality and to supporting the learning process so we can reach the best results together.

We collect student data only to improve the service, and we never share it with third parties.
All collected data is protected with strong technologies to keep it safe.
We retain student data only as long as the service requires it, and it can be deleted upon request.

Once you register and create a password, you must treat these details as confidential and never disclose them to anyone.
If technical support notices suspicious activity, it may disable your access at any time as it deems appropriate and as the terms require.
Each device you sign in from is registered with us. Signing in from a new device requires approval from the academy administrators.

Students may file a complaint about any of our services by emailing [email protected] with full details. Complaints are reviewed by our team and handled appropriately.
Defaming the academy by any statement or action is strictly prohibited. In case of any unjustified attempt to do so, management reserves the right to take legal action after cancelling your account.

The academy and its partners may cancel, delay, or reschedule the courses offered on the site, or stop providing part or all of the site content and related services at any time at their own discretion.
The academy may suspend or terminate a subscription without prior notice if any of the terms of use are breached.
If an account is used by more than one person, the account is cancelled immediately with no right to a refund. The system tracks sign-ins and watched lectures.
If lectures are recorded or leaked in any way, technical support may close the account and remove the course.
The same applies if content is shared with other people in any form.
A subscription lasts for one term, after which subscriptions stop automatically unless the academy decides otherwise.

If a student stops a subscription, the amount is calculated based on the last lecture delivered, whether or not the student watched it.
