** How is the Saabeel platform priced? **

Students use Saabeel at a set price per course, paid monthly or per term. Our sales team sends you the price on WhatsApp based on your courses and students.

** Can I get an app with my center’s name? **

Yes. The branded app package gives you a complete app with your name, logo and colors on the Apple, Google and Huawei stores, with every Saabeel feature.

** Is Notes Plus included in the package? **

Notes Plus is an optional add-on you can turn on with any package. Students highlight and write on handouts while the lesson video floats on top. Ask for its price on WhatsApp.

** How do I get the price? **

Message our sales team on WhatsApp at +20 103 415 3909 and they’ll send you the right price for your needs.

** How are videos protected from theft and leakage? **

We use a multilayer security system that blocks screen capture/sharing/recording, prevents downloads, and restricts access to one student device.

** Are handouts and attached files protected? **

Yes. Files can be protected from download/editing, and smart watermarks include student identifiers for leak tracing.

** Can students share their accounts with others? **

No. The system limits each student to one viewing device to prevent account sharing.

** Who owns Saabeel? Is it a learning center? **

Saabeel is a specialized technology product by Devolum (6 years of experience). It is not a learning center and does not compete with teachers.

** Can I manage student accounts independently? **

Yes. You can add, delete, suspend, or reactivate students, including bulk removal in one click.

** Can I reuse the same content for multiple groups? **

Yes. You can reuse uploaded material across groups or selected students without re-uploading.

** How is course content structured? **

You can organize unlimited units/topics with videos, files, and tests in a clean structure.

** Can I add assistants to help manage my account? **

Absolutely. Create multiple assistant accounts with full and precise permissions.

** How do AI-powered assessments work? **

Upload course material and AI generates questions, builds banks, grades automatically, and analyzes performance.

** How can I track student engagement and attendance? **

The dashboard gives detailed activity tracking, video-view insights, and test performance for each student.

** Can I schedule or hide content later? **

Yes. You can publish selective content and set start/end dates for automatic visibility control.

** Which student learning tools are included in the app? **

Students get flashcards, resume playback, dark mode, and interactive commenting tools.

** How can teachers learn to use the platform quickly? **

A dedicated dashboard section includes short walkthrough videos for each key workflow.
